Blogger allows one to add other authors to a Blogger Blog. This allows the webmaster to have different people or accounts that can run a blog. The good thing is that there are two categories of a blog author: the author and the admin. These two have different privileges given in running a blog.
Once you have added an author to your Blogger blog, an email will be sent to the invited person containing a one-time-use invitation link. When the invitation link is clicked and confirmed, the new author will start being able to post articles on the Blog and the running of the blog in accordance to the privileges given to a Blogger author or admin.
To add a new author to your Blogger blog, follow the following procedures strictly:
- Log in to your Blogger.com account admin panel.
- Click on the ‘Settings’ tab.
- Select ‘User’ settings.
- Click on ‘Add author’.
- Add the email address (es) of the accounts you want to add.
- Finally click the ‘Invite Authors’.
